Untuk menduduki posisi dalam perusahan besar seperti google tersebut tidak lah mudah karena google sendiri telah memberikan beberapa syarat syarat yang harus terpenuhi seperti pada posisi berikut ini :

Account Manager

• Responsibilities:

1. Own the booking, upselling and management of your direct clients.
2. Report on sales figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical.
3. Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
4. Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ROI.
5. Manage ongoing customer training in all Google advertising solutions.

• Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).

• Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2 years experience in a client-facing role.
2. Proven track record in advertising sales and media account management.
3. Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
4. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

Agency Relationship Manager

• Responsibilities:

1. Evangelize Google within the advertising agency community.
2. Solidify relationships and drive revenue growth with targeted agencies.
3. Help agencies grow their client base and drive revenue growth with customers in a relevant industry.
4. Devise partnership-building strategies with the Agency Head.
5. Develop best practices, training and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency.

• Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)

• Preferred Qualifications:

1. 3 years of experience with strong media sales and business-development.
2. Online sales experience
3. Substantial experience in online advertising sales/marketing.
4. Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up environment
5. Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.
6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

Head of Agency Relations

• Responsibilities:

1. Evangelize Google within the advertising agency community.
2. Solidify executive relationships and drive revenue growth with targeted agencies.
3. Devise partnership-building strategies.
4. Develop best practices and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency relationships.

• Minimum Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work experience).
2. 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Business development and client servicing experience in the local market.
4. Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.

• Preferred Qualifications:

1. Online experience. Substantial experience in advertising sales/marketing.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaResponsibilities:
